BREAD OF JULY: Scape, red onion and sumac "épi"

With summer well underway and the heat setting in, we’re offering a bountiful harvest for July with our bread "épi" seasoned with sautéed onions, garlic scapes, and sumac—all from Quebec. This baguette, shaped like an ear of wheat, is a jokey way of celebrating our proudly gluten-free bread. It's also a great way to share the baguette since it tears perfectly.
